This Privacy Policy explains how Treze Marketing, S.L. (“Kaizen Hybrid”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users who use the Kaizen Hybrid mobile application (the “App”).

We are committed to processing your personal data securely, lawfully, and transparently, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

The App only collects the data necessary to provide its training, tracking, and analytical functionalities.

Health and performance data: resting heart rate and maximum heart rate (entered manually by the user).
Technical and usage data: device identifiers, interaction statistics, and in-app behavior (collected via analytics tools).

The App does not allow users to upload public or user-generated content.

3. Purpose of processing

The App does not use cookies on your device.
However, it uses anonymous identifiers and third-party analytics tools (Mixpanel, RevenueCat) to collect technical and behavioral data such as:

These analytics are used solely for statistical and service improvement purposes.

The App is not specifically directed to minors.
